Instructions:

In Pc:

Enable USB debugging in settings/applications/development
Connect your phone to pc and install drives
Setup ADB
Copy the ADB folder to c:/documents and settings/your user name
Then open command by pressing windows+r or type cmd in run
Then type cd adb press enter
Then type adb devices
It will detect your device

In Phone:

Switch off phone

And press vol- and power button

Now it will be stuck at boot logo

Then type fastboot devices then it will detect device

Done.
